North Dakota Department Of Human Services To Survey Developmental Disabilities Providers
The North Dakota Department of Human Services will survey and give a "scorecard" to developmental disabilities providers across the state that provide home and community-based waiver services. The survey will review providers, their staff and any deficiencies in services, as well as interview people who receive their services and their family members or guardians. Thirty-one providers will be reviewed by a surveyor from DHS' Developmental Disabilities Division, Heidi Zander, who said she plans to start on-site reviews, one each month, starting in September or October.
