New England Life Care (NELC) recently selected Citus Health (Citus) as its digital consumer engagement platform. NELC will incorporate Citus’s digital consumer engagement and workflow solutions into its organization, bolstering communications, care, and service while lowering the cost of care for health care consumers.
Citus’s solutions include HIPAA-compliant messaging, consumer onboarding, customizable consumer-facing and staff-facing assessments, data collection, and other crucial features for improving efficiency and efficacy in operations.
