Mosaic, a national whole-person health care provider organization, has acquired At Home Solutions in Arizona. At Home Solutions provides in-home services for seniors and people with disabilities, and it will become part of Soreo In-Home Supports, a service of Mosaic. The purchase was effective on October 1, 2019, and adds $1.4 million annual revenue to Mosaic.
The acquisition brings an additional 65 people and approximately 70 contractors into Soreo services. Soreo already served 798 people, through 24 employees and 695 independent contractors. The services help people remain as independent as possible and stay in their homes rather than move to long-term care settings.
The purchase fits Mosaic’s strategic and operational vision. It follows upon the 2017 acquisition of Companion Linc and Companion Services in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska, and the acquisition of Soreo in 2018. Traci Gruenberger, Mosaic’s executive director in Arizona, oversees Soreo’s day-to-day operations. Mosaic also has a senior independent living facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin, called The Oaks.
Mosaic is a whole-person health care organization reaching across 11 states and providing supports to more than 4,500 people. Services empower people with disabilities, mental and behavioral health needs, and autism, as well as aging adults to live their best life. Mosaic is an affiliated social ministry organization of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and a member of Lutheran Services in America. Mosaic is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
