Missouri-Based Provider Organizations Merging To Expand Services
Two Missouri-based behavioral health organizations, Great Circle and the Ozark Family Resource Agency, are planning to merge. Together, the two anticipate being able to provide services such as crisis intervention and foster care management across the entire state.
The purchase is the most recent of several more recent acquisitions for Great Circle, which hopes to strengthen its services in Missouri’s southeastern region through the purchase. Ozark Family Resource facilities will take on the Great Circle name.
