Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings (LabCorp) and M-3 Information have introduced a clinically validated M3 Checklist ("checklist") assessment for mental illness. The checklist is a 27-question, multi-condition mental health screen tool that helps to identify and monitor common mental health conditions in the primary care setting.
