Inperium Enters Acquisition Agreement With Reading Specialists Educational Association

Inperium, Inc. (Inperium) recently entered an acquisition agreement with Reading Specialist’s Educational Association (RSEA). Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

RSEA’s mission is to provide dedicated professional experience in the design and implementation of programs that will address the needs of children and adolescents who have been both victims and perpetrators of domestic violence and sexual abuse, and have been placed in the foster care system.
