Humana & Salesforce Partner On Connected Care Platform
On September 2, 2020, Salesforce announced a new multi-year agreement with Humana to deliver a connected care platform. Humana will deploy the Salesforce Health Cloud as part of its new Enterprise Clinical Operating Model, to boost care coordination between members, care teams, and provider organizations. The goal is to create an integrated health experience for Humana members.
