Hill-Rom To Acquire Voalte For $195 Million
Chicago, Illinois-based Hill-Rom Holdings (Hill-Rom) recently announced it is acquiring mobile health care communications developer Voalte for up to $195 million. Hill-Rom anticipates that the purchase of Voalte—expected to close during its fiscal third quarter of 2019—will advance its digital and mobile communications platform and capabilities.
