HCA Houston Healthcare Acquires North Cypress Medical Center

HCA Houston Healthcare (HCA) recently completed its acquisition of North Cypress Medical Center (North Cypress). The purchase of the 139-bed hospital brings HCA’s portfolio to 18 hospitals throughout the Gulf Coast division, and also includes four freestanding emergency centers.

HCA anticipates that the acquisition will result in consumers having greater access to HCA’s network of clinical professionals and services in the region.
