Fulcrum Equity Partners (Fulcrum) recently announced the formation of City Line Behavioral Healthcare LLC (City Line), as well as its acquisition of Life of Purpose Treatment Centers. City Line’s main focus will be on identifying, acquiring, and integrating treatment centers throughout the greater mid-Atlantic and southeastern United States.
According to statements from Fulcrum leadership, the acquisition furthers the company’s efforts to meet the growing unmet needs of those struggling with addiction disorder, particularly people ages 19 to 29. The acquisition will also bolster Fulcrum’s ability to provide evidence-based addiction disorder treatment to consumers in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Life of Purpose operates facilities in Camden, New Jersey and Palm Beach County, Florida, as well as a primary care treatment center located on the campus of Florida Atlantic University.
