The Ensign Group Acquires Two Texas Assisted Living Facilities

The Ensign Group, Inc. (Ensign) recently announced its assisted and independent living portfolio company—Bridgestone Living LLC—has acquired two Texas assisted living facilities. The purchased facilities include Cedar Hills Senior Living and Deer Creek Senior Living, both of which consist of 37 units.

The facilities, which currently have a combined occupancy rate of around 78%, will help to build upon and enhance Ensign’s assisted living and skilled nursing operations in the Dallas area. The new acquisitions bring Ensign’s portfolio to 181 skilled nursing operations, 51 assisted and independent living operations, 20 hospice agencies, eighteen home health agencies . . .
