Easter Seals Central Texas & Vaughn House Merge

Easter Seals Central Texas and Vaughn House have merged, saying the move will help them better serve residents with disabilities. The merger, which results in Vaughn House becoming an Easter Seals subsidiary but keeping its name and 501(c)(3) status, will be effective January 1, 2015.

Each organization will continue to offer its existing programs and services yet the merger will allow for greater impact in the growing disability community in Central Texas.
