Creative Health Care Management Changes Name

Creative Health Care Management announced it will now operate as Vertis Therapy as part of a rebranding strategy. The name allows Creative Health Solutions and Creative Health Care Management to move in separate directions. Creative Health Solutions LLC serves the TLC Management chain of long-term care facilities in Indiana and Florida. Creative Health Care Management services partners across the Midwest and Southeast.
