Coordinated care organization (CCO) Columbia Pacific CCO recently announced it is integrating its behavioral health care network to bolster and expand access to care. Columbia Pacific CCO leadership cited the move as an opportunity to bring the best available resources to the community in order to integrate and coordinate services.
Throughout the remainder of the year, Columbia Pacific CCO will work on building the infrastructure to continue coordinating and integrating care for its members, integrating physical health, mental health, and addiction disorder benefits under one umbrella of services. Its sister organization, Jackson Care Connect, recently improved its member engagement by 40 percent by undergoing such a transition.
Columbia Pacific CCO is a coordinated care organization (CCO) working to improve community health in the Oregon counties of Columbia, Clatsop, and Tillamook. Columbia Pacific CCO consists of clinical professionals, clinics, hospitals, health plans, mental health organizations, dental health organizations, and community agencies.
