Chicago-Based Frontenac Agrees To Sell Its Behavioral Health Group To Vistria

Chicago, Illinois-based Frontenac Co. (Frontenac) recently agreed to sell its Behavioral Health Group to private equity firm The Vistria Group. It is anticipated that the transaction will close in 2019. Behavioral Health Group provides medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction disorder at 46 outpatient clinics throughout 11 states.
