Carbon County Counseling Center To Merge With High Country Behavioral Health
Carbon County Counseling Center in Wyoming is merging with High Country Behavioral Health, which has operations in Wyoming and in Eastern Idaho. Financial terms of the merger and the timeline have not been disclosed. Both organizations are privately held.
Carbon County Counseling Center was founded in 1969. It provides outpatient mental health and addiction treatment in Carbon County, Wyoming. The center’s services are funded by federal, state, and local grants; consumer service fees on a sliding scale; and third-party insurance reimbursement, including Wyoming Medicaid and KidCare Chip.
