Capital Seniors Housing To Open $27.2 Million Assisted Living Community
Capitol Seniors Housing, a leading senior living investment and development firm, has announced the opening of a $27.2 million assisted living and memory care community in Gambrills, Maryland. The center, located near Baltimore, Annapolis, and D.C., will be coined the Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel.
Arbor Terrace will be a 72,140-square foot community offering 84 residential suites. It will be operated by the Arbor Company. Designed by Moseley Architects of Annandale, Virginia, Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel features a colonial-inspired exterior, a second-story terrace, beautiful courtyard, and well-appointed amenities.
