Banyan Acquires Behavioral Health Of The Palm Beaches

Banyan Treatment Center (Banyan) recently announced it has acquired Florida-based Behavioral Health of the Palm Beaches (BHOPB). The purchase represents Banyan’s third second acquisition in the past three months.

With the acquisition, Banyan will add to its portfolio BHOPB’s 200-bed residential addiction treatment program, which includes a full continuum of care and holistic therapies. Additionally, BHOPD includes Seaside Palm Beach, its luxury drug and alcohol rehab clinic for business professionals. According to statements from Banyan, it is anticipated that the acquisition will both expand its portfolio and broaden its geographical reach.
