Arkansas Hospital To Open Behavioral Health Unit

A new behavioral health unit is being opened in Jackson County, Arkansas. The unit, which was developed by the Unity Health-Harris Medical Center hospital, will be staffed by 25 newly hired employees that have backgrounds in clinical and clerical work areas. Specifically, the new unit will focus on providing psychiatric care for adults in Newport and Jackson Counties. Unity Health-Harris Medical Center is currently taking calls from individuals interested in taking part in the program or work within the unit.
