Amerigroup Washington has collaborated with myStrength, Inc, to offer an online collection of evidence-based mental health and wellness resources to its members. Available through the membership portal via both computers and mobile devices, the resources promote emotional wellness for those struggling with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and chronic pain.

The member online resources include individualized information, e-Learning modules, self-care applications, and activity suggestions to improve well-being between visits to their providers. 24-hour access lets members access this online help platform whenever they need it.
