Alphabet’s Verily Is Opening An Opioid Addiction Center In Ohio
Alphabet subsidiary Verily recently announced it is creating OneFifteen, a new center for the treatment of opioid use-related addiction disorder. Located in Dayton, Ohio, the “tech-enabled” campus stems from a collaboration between Verily and three other organizations—Kettering Health Network, Premier Health, and Alexandria Real Estate Equities.
OneFifteen’s offerings will include clinical services, housing, and mixed-purpose buildings. Leading the new facility will be former University Hospital chief Marti Taylor. The facility is expected to be completed by spring 2019.
