Acadia Healthcare (Acadia) recently completed its acquisition of addiction disorder treatment provider Mission Treatment Centers (Mission Treatment). At this time, no formal announcement regarding the transaction has been made by either organization.
More specifically, Mission Treatment is an addiction disorder clinic that was founded to help individuals struggling with narcotics addiction by providing medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and counseling. The organization provides MAT and counseling services at nine locations throughout Arizona, California, Nevada, and Oklahoma.
