May 12, 2016 — Free Executive Web Briefing Sponsored By DATIS HR Cloud, Inc.

Organizations in the health and human services field are constantly faced with the challenge of improving their performance and the quality of care for consumers. From payer performance requirements to meeting consumer expectations for service and outcomes – the pressure on management teams to produce “good performance” is high.

And, while organizations can (and must) set up the operating and information systems that make achieving good performance and higher quality of care possible, addressing the ‘human factor’ is also essential. No amount of investment in systems will have a positive return without investing in the organization’s workforce.

To develop a workforce that is up for the challenge of the tech-enabled, pay-for-value environment is a complex and time-consuming undertaking. To manage this challenge, executive teams need to understand how to leverage new workforce management technologies. These are technologies that can automate human resource management administrative tasks and workflows.

To learn more, join Erik Marsh, President and CEO at DATIS HR Cloud, Inc. and Joe Naughton-Travers, Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS on May 12th at 2:00pm EST for a discussion of the new technologies available to develop and manage the workforce needed for the emerging performance challenges in the health and human service field. The presentation will discuss human resource management technologies available to optimize your organization’s human resource function – from employee productivity reporting and tracking staff credentials, to conducting cost analyses, streamlining information sharing, and facilitating compliance management. All with a focus on improving your organization’s performance!

During this 90-minute executive web briefing, our presenters will discuss:
