Deb Adler is a Senior Associate with OPEN MINDS Consulting Practice focusing on collaborative care models/medical behavioral integration, provider network functions — contracting, network designs/tiering, recruitment, telehealth network implementation, and strategic planning. She works with provider organizations, payers, and government programs, and has a special interest in helping technology-enabled providers in “go-to-market” strategies and streamlining network functions. Ms. Adler is an industry-recognized leader in value-based contracting and alternative payment models. An innovator known for her ability to execute results, she has facilitated network designs and benefit plan approaches that achieve both quality outcomes and health care cost savings.

Scott Green, Senior Vice President of Human Services, Netsmart

Scott Green is Senior Vice President of Netsmart’s CareGuidance Solution Suite. In this role, he works closely to create value-added solutions that enable clients to participate in emerging models of care. Green currently manages the teams charged with driving the company’s interoperability, population health, consumer engagement and analytics operations, as well as developing partnerships that bring new clinical content to clients. Mr. Green works closely with client partners to ensure the CareGuidance portfolio aligns to the evolving needs of Value Based Care.

Debbie Cagle, Chief Marketing Officer, Centerstone of America

Debbie Cagle is well-known and respected in the health care marketing, behavioral health, and managed care industries, with more than 20 years of experience in the field. She has worked at Centerstone in a variety of roles for more than ten years, including executive leadership for Advantage Behavioral Health, a behavioral health managed care company; Centerstone Military Services, which provides programs and services to veterans and their families; and Centerstone Health Partners, which recently established integrated care clinics for clients with physical and behavioral health care needs. Today, she leads marketing and business development for Centerstone, creating and driving business strategy for revenue growth and market share. This includes strategy and oversight of payer relations and contracting, referral marketing, grant writing, branding, and communications.
