January 17, 2018 at 2:00 PM ET — Executive Web Briefing Exclusively For Members Of The OPEN MINDS Next Generation Forum On Children’s Services

Many organizations have  skill sets necessary to develop a strategic plan or longer term complex initiative. However, all too often these plans are never fully initiated, or fall significantly short of what executive teams and boards had hoped to accomplish. In today’s era of increased organizational accountability and risk-based contracting, failure to adequately develop and follow through with organizational vision and plans congruent with environmental changes may threaten the very existence of an organization.

Join Howard Shiffman, Senior Associate, OPEN MINDS; Marco Giordano, CEO, Resources for Human Development; and Stacy Olsen DiStefano, Vice President of Innovation, Resources for Human Development, for this upcoming webinar focused on the importance of strategic planning and execution in organizations. This webinar will offer a brief overview on the keys to developing an effective strategic plan, while primarily focusing on why plans fail, and strategies to assure successful implementation and completion.

During this 60-minute web briefing, you will gain a deeper understanding of:

  • The skills necessary for effective strategic planning
  • Reasons why and warning signs of why a plan may fail
  • How to assure successful implementation and completion of strategic planning efforts

This web briefing is an exclusive event for members of The OPEN MINDS Next Generation Forum On Children’s Services. If you are not a member, and would like more information on how to become a member, please email Rasheed Dandridge at OPEN MINDS:
