With increasing pressure from the U.S. government and employer groups to shift the focus of our health care system to improving outcomes, lowering costs, and increasing overall access to care, many health and human services providers are transitioning away from a fee-for-service model to pay-for-performance models.

As we make the shift towards pay-for-performance models, care coordination and care management are essential to this new health age.

Hear from Paul M. Duck, Vice President of Business Development for Netsmart as he gives a closer examination to the realities of the massive shifts in the health care economy and shines some light on how you can take better, practical action to prepare your organization for the shifts and leverage this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for your organization.
