Free Executive Web Briefing Courtesy Of Relias

December 16, 2020 | 1:00 p.m. Eastern

In 2020, healthcare entities have been pushed to adjust and innovate in light of the coronavirus, even healthcare technology partners such as Relias. Behavioral health organizations, in particular, have faced the challenge of balancing an increased demand for services alongside the changes in service delivery models as well as impacts on direct care workers. With combined challenges of sustainability post pandemic while navigating real time performance expectations due to healthcare reform in many states, the need for agility in decision making and execution has never been greater.

Agenda

In this webinar, Relias will provide their unique perspective on a year in review and discuss their own shifts in strategy and agile execution. Relias will share lessons learned from the field and from within its own organization and offer tips for how behavioral health agencies might apply them in their own settings.

Join us as we share:

  • A review of this year’s key events in behavioral health
  • Lessons learned from key customers on strategies for agility and innovation
  • Relias’ own tactical steps for sustainability both for itself and our customers
  • Why a data-driven and customer-obsessed approach is critical to navigating the future
