December 6, 2016 — Free Executive Web Briefing Sponsored By Netsmart

Evidence-based practices (EBPs) are often mandated or suggested as part of value-based care models. It is widely believed that the use of specific EBPs will drive providers to achieve better outcomes. Many of these EBP models are interdisciplinary – traversing across the entire human services continuum – which can make managing value-based payments complex.

Analytics can help.

Analytics support the rollout and measuring of EBPs across an organization and EBP effectiveness. Analytics can also provide insight into common characteristics of populations served.

On Tuesday, December 6th at 2:00pm ET, join Joe Naughton-Travers, Senior Associate at OPEN MINDS and Scott Green, Senior Vice President/General Manager, CareGuidance at Netsmart, for the fourth and final event in Netsmart’s Value-based Payment executive webinar series. This event will provide the strategies needed to track revenue, cost, and quality outcomes, along with practical tactics for monitoring process adherence and performance.

Agenda

During this 90-minute executive web briefing, attendees will learn:

  • Strategies to track outcomes related to revenue, cost, and quality
  • Practical tactics for monitoring, not only process adherence, but overall performance
  • Ways to overlay the effectiveness of EBP to specific data groupings within an organization

As the human services community continues to integrate behavioral, social, and physical care in a collaborative way, does your organization have the right tools to proactively meet the challenges ahead?
