As Greek philosopher, Heraclitus, said, “Change is the only constant in life.” Changes in policy, management, treatment, and technology occur daily throughout the health and human services industry. How do you help your staff embrace change and excel at change management?

The ability to manage these changes occurring within your organization, and within the larger industry, is especially important when implementing new technology. That process which requires considerable investments in dollars, time, and effort, requires changes in staff workflow and basic operations. To successfully manage the process, it is critically important that you have a vendor partner that is able to anticipate, manage, and overcome common challenges that occur during implementation.

Join us on December 3 at 2:00pm EST for this exclusive executive web briefing where you will hear Sharon Hicks, senior associate at OPEN MINDS, Darrell Cunningham, MPPA, Community Resources Division Director at Mecklenburg County Department of Social Services, and Ravi Ganesan, president of Core Solutions, Inc. discuss the three stages of change management and why it’s important for your successful implementation.
