May 19, 2016 — Free Executive Web Briefing Sponsored By Netsmart
New care coordination payment and service delivery models continue to emerge such as Certified Community Behavioral Health Centers (CCBHCs) which require care coordination with child welfare and therapeutic foster care agencies. Many of these emerging models, as well as regulatory changes, have common elements at their foundation, namely care coordination, home and community-based settings, and evidence-based treatment to improve outcomes and quality at a lower cost. The notice of proposed rulemaking to replace Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) regulations with Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) regulations mandates electronic data exchange with contract providers and other systems.
To remain successful and sustainable, organizations need to address how to incorporate the foundational elements into their operations and to leverage technology to stay ahead of the curve.
Join Justin Horton, Electronic Health Record Director at Cornerstones of Care and Fran Loshin-Turso, Senior Vice President, Child & Family Services at Netsmart for, “Blurred Lines: The Converging Worlds of Child Welfare, Behavioral Health and Physical Health,” on May 19th at 2:00pm ET to learn how to face the change.
