Andrew Mersman is responsible for helping to define Netsmart’s strategy across the child & family and intellectual & developmental disability services communities, including the autism community. Prior to joining Netsmart, Andrew was manager of performance improvement at Youth Villages, a Netsmart client and national non-profit organization that helps emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and families achieve stability in their lives. He also held the position of solutions consulting manager at Defran Systems, before its acquisition in 2013.
