Jes Charette-Fallon, MS, LMHC, Director of Business Systems, Clinical & Support Options, Inc.

Jes Charette Fallon has held many positions since joining Clinical & Support Options, Inc. as an intern in 2012. Jes obtained her LMHC and Advanced Trauma-Informed Care certification as an Outpatient Clinician, championed strategic goals such as full open access model including psychiatry as an Integrated Care Manager and Clinical Supervisor, before transitioning to her current role as the Director of the Business Systems. Jes utilizes her clinical expertise and trauma-informed care framework, coupled with in-depth knowledge of Credible and Business Intelligence platform to design and implement workflows and reports to support operations for all of our programs and services.

John Talbot, Ph.D., Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Jefferson Center for Mental Health

John Talbot, Ph.D. has more than 30 years’ experience in all aspects of health care, including upper management, consultation, education, direct clinical work, and serving as the president of a non-profit board.

Dr. Talbot is currently Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Jefferson Center for Mental Health (JCMH) in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate strategy, strategic alliances and new product development.
