Winning Proposal: California’s Santa Barbara County Awards Emergency Shelter Care Services Contract to Pathway Family Services, Inc.

California’s Santa Barbara County Department of Social Services, Child Welfare Services awarded a contract to Pathway Family Services, Inc. to provide emergency shelter services for minors being removed from their homes or being returned to county on a temporary basis for court hearings or determination of a permanent placement arrangement. Youth and Family Services Channel Islands YMCA – Noah’s Anchorage also responded to this solicitation.
