D.C. CFSA Consolidating To Single Foster Care Case Management Contract For Maryland Placements

During fiscal year 2018, the District of Columbia Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) plans to take a new approach to managing the half of the District foster care caseload that is privatized. CFSA will consolidate its foster case management contracts for Maryland placements from the current seven, to just one.
