Virtual Marketing Team

No Time for Marketing? Let The OPEN MINDS Virtual Marketing Team Position You For Future Sucess!

Let’s be honest. Now that health care reform has created a more competitive field among provider organizations, marketing is still something you don’t always have time for as you try to navigate the changes coming in the next several months. No organization, regardless of size, can afford to ignore that have an integrated marketing strategy is a key factor for acquiring and maintaining new clients who now have the power of choice for selecting mental health services. That, combined with the fact that the average provider organization lacks the appropriate marketing talent and knowledge means that waiting until health care reform kicks in to think about what to do means it’s too late. But there is a way to prepare for the future…

The Solution?

To help you kick start those necessary marketing efforts, OPEN MINDS now offers you your own Virtual Marketing Team, becoming your one-stop shop for establishing a solid marketing presence in today’s competitive health care space.

The Virtual Marketing Team (VMT) offers provider organizations part-time, senior-level integrated marketing leadership for situations in which a full-time, salaried marketing role is unnecessary, expensive or difficult to find. OPEN MINDS created this program in response to many of our clients’ needs for a single source to manage integrated marketing strategy, planning, creative and program execution. Our VMT can address all of your marketing needs to make sure you’re properly positioned to drive new revenues into your organization while helping you optimize your allocation of resources to produce significant results without having to significantly increase your overhead.

How It Works…

The VMT consists of one of our Senior Associates who work with you to determine the level of support your organization requires. Based on a half-day planning session and a review of your current efforts, we work with you to create a cohesive integrated marketing program based on two primary factors: the time requirement and the marketing deliverables.
You can contract our VMT typically for six month intervals or even a year at a time. The most common arrangement for our services is a fixed monthly fee; we can also provide project-based fees if and when the situation demands it. Should we learn that your organization would benefit from a dedicated, in-house resource, your Virtual Marketing Team can also assist you in recruiting the best qualified talent.

Why A VMT?

The VMT offers you a dedicated marketing resource who understands both traditional and interactive marketing strategies. Based on your target audience, your VMT creates a program that looks at all avenues to get your message out and works behind the scenes to make it happen.
