California 1115 Medicaid Waiver Renewal Features Shared Savings & Global Payment For Uninsured

On March 27, 2015, the California Department of Health Care Services (DCHS) submitted a request to the Centers for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) for a five-year renewal of the state’s 1115 Medicaid waiver, Bridge to Reform, which expires in October 2015.
