End User License Agreement

Subscription Refund Policy
With respect to the cancellation of a Monthly “Premium” or “RFP HotLine” subscription, the customer will not receive any refund, but he/she will continue to have access to services for the remainder of the current month of subscription. With respect to the cancellation of an Annual “Premium” or “RFP HotLine” subscription, the customer will not receive any refund , but he/she will continue to have access to the services for the remainder of the purchased length of subscription.
