OPEN MINDS and Netsmart Technologies to Offer "OPEN MINDS Live and On-Line" Management Seminars Through Netsmart University

Announcement of this arrangement was made at the Mental Health Corporation of America (MHCA) 2006 Annual Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida.

It is anticipated that OPEN MINDS Live and On-line will launch in April 2006 through Netsmart University, powered by ContinuedLearning, the premier learning management system acquired by Netsmart Technologies in 2005.
