Here at OPEN MINDS having a sound, knowledgeable, team is very important, and as a result of a continuing growth in our consulting practice, we are now looking to add another member to our team.

With that being said, we provide a vast number of services that allow each one of the payers and/or provider organizations to get the individual attention and help they would need. These services include market intelligence, market research, executive education, and management consultation.

This is an executive level position based in our Gettysburg office and comes with a very competitive compensation package. The success of this position will be measured by maintaining and increasing our consulting practice revenue and the ability to manage talented people. The scope of this position includes project management of all consulting projects, leading executive level senior consultants, and management of the market research team. Below are the responsibilities and requirements for the position:

Responsibilities for the position include:

  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and on-budget delivery of consulting projects
  • Responsibility for project management of all client projects.
  • Consultant acquisition, development, and retention – including mentoring and professional development
  • Consulting client account management
  • Assistance to business development team in the production of client proposals, including concept development, development of consultative approach, pricing estimates, and consultation descriptions.
  • Provide consultative services to OPEN MINDS clients in a wide range of areas including, but not limited to market research, strategy development, financial analysis, operations management analysis, risk management and business development.


Skills, experience, and education required:

  • Management expertise (marketing, strategic planning, finance, operations, statistical analysis, human resource management, public program management, information technology, etc.) and/or experience in management in health and human services fields.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of a number of computer applications including, but not limited to, word processing programs, E-mail, communications software, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate verbally and in writing the status of client projects, as well as the ability to make presentations of research findings to clients.
  • Strong level of attention to detail in the accuracy, grammar, formatting, and other elements of success client deliverables and client presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to travel extensively unattended throughout the continental United States.
  • College degree in a business or health care related field and/or ten years of experience in a particular area of management expertise.
