Class Action Status & Preliminary Injunction Granted For Lawsuit Protesting Idaho Medicaid Change To Individual DD Service Budgets

On March 25, 2014, a federal district court judge approved class action status for two consolidated lawsuits filed in 2012 on behalf of nearly 3,600 adult participants in the Idaho Medicaid Developmental Disability (DD) Waiver program protesting changes in 2011 to the state’s method of setting DD service budgets.
