The Dismal State Of Data Exchange
One lingering impression that I had from our recent 2014 OPEN MINDS Technology & Informatics Institute, was the dismal state of data exchange. Going from one session to the next, my sense was that we haven’t made much progress toward inoperability and data sharing at the ground level.
