Biography:

Jed C. Goldart, M.D., M.P.H., Advisory Board Member and Senior Associate, is a Board certified psychiatrist trained in public health and administration with a dual focus career in health care consulting and managed behavioral health care. He completed his medical education and internship training at New York University Medical School/Bellevue Hospital Medical Center; residency training in psychiatry at Presbyterian Hospital/New York State Psychiatric Institute; and Masters Degree in Public Health and Administration at Columbia University School of Public Health.

Dr. Goldart is founder and principal of Innovative Healthcare Works, a health care consulting practice focusing on health information technology application for promoting evidence based practice; integrative medicine; and pharmaceutical and medical device products. He currently serves as Associate Medical Director for United Behavioral Health Care, and previously served as Medical Director for Value Behavioral Health/Value Options and the Prudential Insurance Company.

As a visionary physician executive leader with over 20 years proven track record in strategic, out-of-the-box thinking and health care challenge solutions development, he has acquired extensive hands-on experience applying population science for designing, developing and implementing system level strategies and programs for delivering superior quality, cost-effective health care. In all of those endeavors he utilizes deep domain expertise and research, analytics and conceptual skill sets for transforming data into actionable information to close gaps between evidence based and real-world practice to deliver innovative, value building health care management programs.
