Ohio DoDD RFP Seeking SELF Waiver Support Broker Training

The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities is seeking a national organization to provide training to support brokers for individuals with developmental disabilities who are enrolled in the state's new Self-Empowered Life Funding (SELF) Medicaid waiver that permits consumers to control budgets and direct services. The vendor will partner with DODD in the development of a comprehensive, statewide training program for both paid and unpaid providers of Support Brokerage services under the SELF waiver. Proposals are due January 25, 2012. Awards are expected by February 15, 2012, and the contracts run through June 30, 2013.
