 Oregon Executive Order 07-07: Collective Bargaining With Adult Foster
Home Providers
The Oregon Department of Human Services and the Service Employees
International Union, Local 503 have reached an agreement for collective
bargaining on behalf of adult foster home providers. Eligible providers
are those who operate adult foster homes as a home business or is are
resident managers of an adult foster home, and receive fees from the
state for providing that service.
