Medicaid Program & Fact Sheet
This fact sheet for providers outlines the services for Medicaid
beneficiaries with disabilities that will be provided under new managed
care plans to be offered by UnitedHealth Group, through its Evercare
subsidiary, and by WellCare, through its 'Ohana Health Plan subsidiary. The
new plans will start in February 2009.
