 Florida Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan RFP
The Florida Agency for Health Care Administration issued an RFP seeking a vendor to operate the Child Welfare Prepaid Mental Health Plan. The contract will be a single fixed capitation rate payable from Medicaid funds.
Proposers must demonstrate a willingness to act as a facilitator between other medical care providers, agencies and / or state systems, such as juvenile justice, education, and public health. Care will take place in the vendor's facilities.
Questions are due January 17, 2006. Proposals are due March 16, 2006. The anticipated start date is July 1, 2006.
