Nebraska 'Families Matter' Evaluation Meeting Notes, December 2010

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, with the help of the Casey Family Programs, has started evaluating how the "Families Matter" initiative to privatize and reform its out-of-home child welfare system was implemented. On December 13, 2010, a meeting was held that discussed outcome measure indicators that could be used during the evaluation process. A key concern is communicating appropriately with the public and stakeholder groups.
