 Monroe County, New York RFP for Voice Recognition System for Home Delivered Medicaid Services
The Department of Human Services (DHS) in Monroe County, New York, plans to implement new voice-recognition technology to track Medicaid home health care providers. A request for proposals (RFP) was released December 12, 2008, and proposals were due by January 9, 2009. An awards announcement is expected to start in mid-February 2009, with a one-year term; DHS will have the option to renew for four additional one-year terms.
