 Sarasota YMCA Review Team: Final Report Introduction & Background
Florida Secretary of the Department of Children and Families, Bob Butterworth, assembled a team to review the operations of the Sarasota YMCA. The review found several problems at the YMCA including:

High case manager turnover rates

High case loads

Ineffective quality management

Lack of strong connections between the YMCA and the community
Overall, the report found that these deficiencies are compromising the YMCA's ability to manage child welfare services.
