ShareL.J. v. Massinga Contempt Filing Addendum on BCDSS Health Care

This document describes the level of health care provided to foster children in the care of the Baltimore City Department of Social Services (BCDSS). It is a support document to a contempt motion filed. The contempt motion states less than half of BCDSS foster care children received annual dental exams, and less than half received timely physical exams. The BCDSS efforts to improve medical and dental care are described as are the Maryland Department of Human Resources efforts to overhaul the system statewide.
